Employee liability

Only those @iPower employees that for legitimate purposes need access to the personal information that we have gathered in order to process it receive permission to such access. Unauthorised access to or use of such information by an @iPower employee is prohibited and will result in punitive action.

In addition to the above, our information management systems are configured in a way that employees do not have access to information for which they have not received clearance.

Liability of the Agents and Partners of @iPower

Our trusted sales staff and partners are responsible for the processing of certain data we receive. These staff and partners are not authorised to use such information for purposes other than the ones we specified and are bound by the principle of confidentiality that we use in the processing of said information.
